A senior dental surgeon with over 20 years of full-time private practice, with main interests in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, root canal treatment and bite-related care; he trains annually at the Kois Center in Seattle.
Areas of focus
Dr. Chang Fu-Gui graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2003, where he was awarded the PPDH Board of Governors Prize for graduating at the top of his dental cohort. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS, 2007), and is registered as a licensed dental practitioner with the dental boards of Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka.
With over 20 years in full-time private practice, Dr. Chang provides a wide range of general and restorative dental care, with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry (tooth whitening, porcelain restorations and smile makeovers), dental implants for replacing missing teeth, root canal treatment, and bite-related concerns such as tooth grinding and occlusal disorders. He cares for patients of all ages, both local and visiting from overseas.
Dr. Chang continues to invest in his clinical education, travelling annually to the Kois Center in Seattle for postgraduate training in restorative, cosmetic and complex dentistry. He works at the pace each patient needs, and believes that careful diagnosis and a conservative, biology-respecting approach are the foundation of dental work that lasts.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Chang is an active Rotarian, and enjoys photography, classical music and golf.
